13.01.2016 в АВТОПОЛЕ на гарантийное сервисное обслуживание, передан автомобиль Chevrolet Camaro, VIN 2G1F91E31D9191280. Автомобиль на гарантии, проходил сервисное обслуживание только в официальном дилере АВТОПОЛЕ 21.01.2016 звонок отдела сервиса АВТОПОЛЕ и сообщение, что на территории сервисного центра АВТОПОЛЕ в Camaro произошло возгорание моторного отсека 21.01.2016 я прибыл на сервис АВТОПОЛЕ. При визуальном осмотре выявлены сильные повреждения моторного отсека от огня. Выяснено: • Возгорание произошло 20.01.2016 и длилось не менее 5-7 минут. Для тушения возгорания потребовалось 5 баллонов огнетушителей • Причина возгорания запуск автомобиля Camaro с полуразобранным двигателем МОЙЩИКОМ АВТОПОЛЕ с целью переставить его в ремонтной зоне По экспертизе – восстановление Chevrolet Camaro экономически нецелесообразно В период с 21.02.2016 по 06.04.2016 от АВТОПОЛЕ никаких разумных предложений (кроме восстановительного ремонта) по компенсации нанесенного ущерба не поступало. Вот так АВТОПОЛЕ делает КАЧЕСТВЕННОЕ техническое обслуживание автомобилей премиум-класса. Наверное девиз АВТОПОЛЕ – «НЕТ МАШИНЫ – НЕТ ПРОБЛЕМ» Сейчас дело в суде. 8-965-048-08-84 Павел

Павел, добрый день! От всех предложений по урегулированию ситуации и устранению последствий силами "Автополе" вы отказались. Теперь этот вопрос будет решать суд.

Ваши предложения касались только ремонта сгоревшего моторного отсека. и именно поэтому я подал в суд на АВТОПОЛЕ для компенсации нанесенного мне ущерба
