Заказ #887104-201607-5 от 05.07.2016 (GENERAL MOTORS 13352476 Кожух форсунки фароомывателя, GENERAL MOTORS 13351944 Заслонка буксирной серьги, GENERAL MOTORS 13352488 Крышка форсунки фароомывателя)Cделала заказ № 887104-201607-5 от 2016-07-05. Через пару минут перезвонили, согласовывали условия заказа, предоплата 100% на сберкарту главбуха АвтоЦентрGT, оговарили способ доставки до Нижневартовска, деловыми линиями, детали были заявлены имеющимися в наличии, отправка ТК в течение 2-х дней. указа ли номер номером карты на которую перевести предоплату, но номер был не полный, поступил ответ: «Добрый день, Елена, связались с банком, ни каких накладок нету, реквизитный счёт указан верно, попробуйте ещё раз сделать платёж. С Уважением, Алёна Павловна, платеж не проходил, выясняли по телефону и электронной почте, в результате предложили перевести деньги на другую карту, принадлежащую Алене.... Перевожу деньги, сообщаю об оплате, прошу проверить платеж и указываю адрес, тишина… через сутки пишу получаю ответ: «Добрый день, поставка ожидается, мы свяжемся с Вами по приходу детали» Автотехцентр «GT» МКАД 53 км; Д.6;с6 8 495 208 28 62». С 06.07.16 задаю вопрос «Когда ожидать заказ?», В ответ полная тишина.... Через 10 дней повторяю вопрос: «Здравствуйте, будьте добры, ответьте на мой вопрос: «Когда мне ждать отправку деталей оплаченных еще 05.07?». ответа НИКАКОГО..... В СВЯЗИ С ВЫШЕСКАЗАННЫМ СОТРУДНИКАМ АВТОТЕХЦЕНТРА «УБЕДИТЕЛЬНО ПРОШУ СРОЧНО ВЫСЛАТЬ МОЙ ЗАКАЗ И СООБЩИТЬ ЕГО РЕКВИЗИТЫ, В ПРОТИВНОМ СЛУЧАЕ, 19.07. ОБРАЩАЮСЬ В НАДЗОРНЫЕ ОРГАНЫ. – показать
