Обратился в АТТ Медведково для изготовления новой выпускной системы от коллектора. Мастер Максим осмотрел машину, обсудили с ним детали, примерную стоимость и обменялись телефонами, т.к. он взял паузу, чтобы узнать о наличии необходимых компонентов (двух спортивных катализаторов, икс-пайпа и глушителя определённой конфигурации). На следующий день я привёз ему новый коллектор и оставил для того, чтобы снять размеры фланца. Максим обещал позвонить на следующий день. Не позвонил. Через день звоню с ам. Ответил, что пока не узнал, завтра обязательно всё узнает и сообщит мне. Далее два дня тишины. Потом выходные. Звоню в понедельник. Не берёт трубку. Во вторник и среду — та же история. Звоню в центральный офис АТТ, объясняю ситуацию, оставляю контакт, прошу перезвонить — результат нулевой. Приезжаю вечером в сервис, забираю коллектор. На вопрос: «Почему не берёте трубку?» получаю ответ: «Потому что нечего было сказать». Занавес. Крайне удивлён таким отношением к клиенту и подходом к работе. – показать

Заехал в атт на мкад 82 километр поменять резонатор на минивэне, жрали сначала минут 15—20, работу по факту может спокойно выполнить один человек, а другой обедать, очень долго делали замену резонатора,один варит,другой проверяет все ли хорошо проварилось, в итоге,проварили отвратительно, проехав от них 200 км домой резонатор начал сеч по сварному шву.Взяли 2500 за работу.Говорю сварные швы промажте пастой или покрасте говорят все закончилось. Ни ногой больше туда, не профессионалы!!!Во обще зачем держать двух бездельнико, которые отварительно выполняют свою работу? – показать
