24 декабря 2019 года обратился в автосалон для покупки бу машины обслужили хорошо, но пока мои документы ходили по банкам партнерам а это длилось в течении 4-х часов автомобиль который я хотел купить продали и никто не позвонил и не сказал, пришлось самому звонить и все узнавать! Предупредил девушку с кредитного отдела о том что я отлучусь, она же никому ничего не сказала в итоге я сам же остался виноват что данный автомобиль продали другому.

Денис, спасибо за Ваш отзыв. В ООО "АСПЭК-Моторс" бронированием автомобиля считается внесение предоплаты за автомобиль. Без предоплаты автомобиль находится в свободной продаже. В случае отказа от автомобиля, предоплата возвращается полностью. Сотрудники банка не обладают данной компетенцией в оповещении по наличию автомобилей. Если покупка автомобиля для Вас еще актуальна, то мы готовы подобрать для Вас оптимальный вариант.

Обращалась в данную организацию для окраски элементов своего автомобиля. Работы проведены некачественно, окрашенные элементы не соответствуют основному цвету кузова, а кроме того, был сломан брелок сигнализации и разбит абсолютно новый ключ. Также после разборки-сборки автомобиля не установлена на место заглушка между крылом и кузовом автомобиля. Не рекомендую Обращалась в данную организацию для окраски элементов своего автомобиля. Также после разборки-сборки автомобиля не установлена на место заглушка между крылом и кузовом автомобиля. Не рекомендую обращаться к ним за каким либо ремонтом, будь то окраска или что-то другое.
