По какому принципу там подбирают обслуживающий персонал, чем глупее - тем лучше? С людьми разговаривать вообще не умеют, уткнулись в мониторы, что-то там бурчат себе под нос, не здрасьте, не досвидания.

Как бы кто либо не ругал этот интернет магазин, однако снова и снова приходят за покупками сюда. Потому, что и быстро, и дёшего, и удобно. А чтобы не было не доразумений и огорчений, старайтесь сами вникнуть в суть правил и порядок, просите у продавца помощи, а не учите его жить)))

Покупал запчасть на бмв, электроклапан картерных газов, после установки обнаружилось что он не работает, пришлось вдвойне оплачивать работу по установке старого на место, в магазине менять товар отказались сославшись на то что замену производили не в официальном сервисе, пришлось собирать документы и ксерокопии у ребят которые чинили автомобиль чтобы доказать квалификацию специалистов, деньги отдали через две недели, больше сюда не ногой.

Ну что ж, господин Аноним. Мы вам не нужны - а вы нам и подавно. И НЕ ВРИТЕ. Анонимов в нашем магазине НЕТ, так как товары стоят денег, и принадлежат они конкретным людям.
