Мне понравился подход мастера к клиентам. Мне провели полную диагностику автомобиля, предложили сделать рекомендованные работы, сказали они не обязательно, но рекомендованы. Решение оставалось за мной, мастер был открыт к диалогу. Стоимость была оглашена и не менялась от того, оригинальные ли детали, или нет. Мне подошли только оригинальные детали. Диагностику провели минут за 20 всего. Потом я все же оставил автомобиль на дополнительные работы по согласованию с мастером, работа требовала дополн ительно времени для обслуживания. Сервисом доволен, буду теперь обслуживаться здесь. У меня определенная марка автомобиля, которую тут могут обслужить, плюс смотрел рекламу о сервисе на ютубе. Приняли по записи на услуги, без задержек по времени. – показать

Я обратился в данный автосервис по вопросу ТО. Никаких неисправностей не было выявлено, у меня абсолютно новый автомобиль. В этот раз ТО по времени затянулось, так как не было необходимой запчасти. Заказывали воздушный фильтр в фирме. Оборудование я не видел, в ремзону не ходил. Мастер хорошо общался, все говорил. После ТО все рассказал и объяснил. Он внимательно меня выслушал, внимательный товарищ. После, мне выдали квитанцию, со всеми причитающимися. Цена на услугу меня устроила.
