В целом - хорошее обслуживание, вежливое и внимательное отношение,а также очень приятные цены. Это если сравнивать с другими такими же компаниями в городе. После заграничного опыта российский сервис вогнал меня в ступор, но затем я убедился, что остальные на порядки хуже. Объективно: мастера иногда позволяют себе не торопиться, и по записи или в живой очереди успеваешь проторчать тут довольно долго. К сожалению, ни места для машины, ни места для людей, чтобы нормально посидеть и подождать, что не зависит от компании, но тем не менее делает мероприятие по шиномонтажу неприятным. Пару раз сталкивался с не очень вежливым отношением, что, конечно, перекрывается бОльшим количеством вежливых мастеров. Несмотря на недостатки, я всегда поеду сюда из-за низких цен, качественной работы и довольно быстрого обслуживания. Так что звезды только четыре, но вам есть, к чему стремиться.
