Наглые обманщики! Достоинства: Никаких плюсов нет Недостатки: Наглый обман клиентов,потеря времени Обратилась в салон Инфинити на Ярославке по Каско, замена и покраска крыла и бампера. Приехав к назначенному времени для сдачи авто прождала еще 1,5 часа пока ко мне соизволил подойти менеджер! Сказали через 2 недели машина будет готова, мы вам позвонил. Ок, жду, звонка так и нет. Звоню сама и тут начинается... Ой, машина не готова, детали на покраске, перезвоним через 3 дня, потом еще 3 дня и еще. На вопрос, а почему так долго, отвечают, что мастера не могут попасть в цвет, потом эти "высококвалифицированные" мастера при шлифовании сошкрябали краску и бампер опять на покраске... и так 5 раз!!! Менеджеры не звонят и не предупреждают, что есть какие-то проблемы. Тихо мирно ничего не делают. Итог, пошла 4я неделя как машина в ремонте и мастера не могут покрасить бампер. В салоне работают обманщики высшей категории!!!

У Сервис+ на Ярославском шоссе, Не рекомендую, очень плохо Достоинства: Не обнаружено Недостатки: Не рекомендую этот сервис, отношение к клиентам никуда не годится! Неисполнение сроков, а также отсутствие обратной связи с клиентом! Машина НИССАН Террано 2017 года, отдал в ремонт по КАСКО 08.06.2019, менеджер Олег. Ремонт не сложный, замена и окраска заднего бампера, ремонт и окраска заднего крыла, при этом по заказ наряду готовность машины должна быть к 15.06.2019. Сегодня 22.06.2019, прошло две недели машина не готова, при том что ремонт не сложный и все запчасти были в наличии ещё до его начала! При обращении в У Сервис+ на Ярославском шоссе 11к1 менеджеры кормят обещаниями, за две недели ничего не изменилось. Отправил соответствующий отзыв о безобразном обслуживании этим «дилером» в страховую компанию и в конманию НИССАН, а также в Инфинити. Не рекомендую этот сервис, отношение к клиентам никуда не годится! Неисполнение сроков, а также отсутствие обратной связи с клиентом!
