Эээххх... Ситроен Достоинства: Хотя бы вежливо общаются Недостатки: Масса... 12 сентября 2014 года обратился в Ситроен Центр Липецк с 2 неисправностями: тянуло руля (не доделали после предыдущего ремонта ходовой) и нерабочим звуковым сигналом. Худо бедно тягу руля вроде бы исправили, а вот с клаксоном возникла проблема. Сигнала в наличии не было, заказали, нужно подождать. Подождал месяц... Ездить без него, как понимаете, не очень удобно. Позвонил, сказали, что не пришел и нужно еще подождать. Так периодически позванивал и получал один и тот же ответ. Прошло 60 дней!!! Начал поднимать "бучу" на уровне "Пежо Ситроен рус" и выяснился интересный факт - мой клаксон ДАЖЕ НЕ БЫЛ ЗАКАЗАН на центральный склад Ситроена. Для того чтобы это сделать Липецкому дилеру Ситроена нужно заплатить за мой сигнал и, судя по всему, еще и погасить долги перед ним, а денег нет... Вот так вот получается: мы покупаем автомобиль, платим за него деньги, своевременно проходим ТО, опять платим деньги. А нам за 2 с лишним месяца не могут отремонтировать какой то сигнал! А что, если сломалось что нибудь посерьезней? И вот что интересно, в феврале эта компания называлась ООО "Трифолиум", на момент очередного обращения в июле компания называлась ООО"Автостарт". Т. е. все требования предусмотренные мне законом теперь фактически некому предъявлять. Что в итоге: качество автомобилей Ситроен и так всегда оставляло желать лучшего и, зная о таких проблемах с гарантией, я бы никогда не выбрал бы эту марку. И тем более не купил бы машину в Липецком Ситроене. Очень надеюсь, что мой отзыв о автосалоне "Ситроен центр Липецк" будет кому нибудь полезен. Не зря ведь говорят: осведомлен- значит вооружен!
