Наша красотка была приобретена в СПб в 2016 году, поскольку в Пскове пришлось бы ждать 3 недели понравившейся автомобиль, меня это не устроило. Все ТО прохожу в этом центре, всё устраивает, всё доступно объясняют. Если из ТО что-то нужно исключить, например муж сам фильтр салонный поменял, без проблем, никаких заставлений все равно его поменять или упрёков, что сами влезли в это.

Приобретали новый автомобиль в данном автосалоне. Очень понравилось доброжелательное отношение сотрудников. При общении с менеджерами разъяснили все вопросы, без навязки обсудили допы на авто. Сдали авто в трейдин без проблем, и очень быстро. С оформлением документов проблем не возникло.

Приезжаю уже 4й раз и оооооо!!!! сюююрприз!!! ТО ном 4. Все было ок, но вчера мне сделали подарок на день рождения!!!😔 запланирована мойка двигателя - забыто, поменяли годные запчасти (зачем???), видимо хотели заработать и их присвоили себе и якобы уже (внимание, молодцы какие) за сутки утилизировали! И вам сладкоежки, десерт: «излишне уплаченные 8 010 руб. за неоказанную услугу добавили в акт приемки!»Спасибо за обслуживание👎👎👎

Сегодня привозили на диагностику и мойку,она конечно оставляет желать лучшего) Они сами видели,что помыли плохо,но сказали,что это труднодоступные места) печально,что даже торпеда вошла в группу труднодоступных мест ) мойка 1400,не самая дорогая,но машина вся грязная) поэтому подумайте прежде,чем туда везти )да и еще,посмотрев,что в диагностике написано,машина после осмотра из мкпп,резко стала акпп)))и минус колпак,не зафиксировали,а мы не проверили
