Собирались с мужем покупать Q3 в салоне Major на ул. Маршала Прошлякова, муж приехал, внёс предоплату. Потом, взвесив всё, решили брать другую машину в другом салоне. Позвонили нашему менеджеру, Егорова Павлу, уточнили, может ли муж забрать предоплату без меня. Павел сказал, что да, конечно, можно, и да, конечно, оплата будет производиться на месте. Муж приехал, и оказалось, что забрать деньги могу только я и только по безналу. Деньги вернутся на карту в течение 10 дней. Возможны два варианта о бъяснения ситуации – непрофессионализм Павла или предоставление заведомо неверной информации покупателям для их дезинформации. Пишу об этом, чтобы предупредить тех, кто планирует покупать и хочет внести предоплату – если не уверены на 200% (хотя мы были уверены) в покупке, не платите денег, потом замучаетесь возвращать их. И неизвестно, какие ещё неприятности могли ожидать нас после покупки авто в этом салоне, если обманывают уже в таких мелочах, как предоплата в 15 тысяч. И очень неприятное впечатление осталось, которое, конечно, перенесётся на весь бренд Audi и салоны Major. – показать

Красили и менял бампер по каско в Т.Ц. Строгино. В цвет не попали, ну ладно стерпел.Но через 8 месяцев бампер стал облупляться. Приехал показал, руководитель кузовной станции Калинин Константин сказали что не их вина.Написал претензию вот уже почти полтора месяца нет ответа. Беспредел. А с каждой мойкой бампер все больше и больше облупляется.
