Лексус-Пермь! Докажи что ты прав! Достоинства: Плюсов нет, одно лишь лицемерие! Недостатки: Минусы начнутся с того момента, когда Вы будете требовать то, что положено Вам по гарантии! Хотите приключений, тогда Добро пожаловать в Лесус-Пермь! Уже на протяжении 10 лет покупаем машины только в Verra-Motors! Первым автомобилем был Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, вторым автомобилем был Land Cruiser 200, третьим автомобилем стал Lexus LX 570, сейчас мы владеем Lexus RX 350! Все плановые ТО проходили только у официального дилера! Вас там будут любить только тогда, когда у Вас все отлично с автомобилем! И все их кофе, конфетки и улыбки, только до того момента, пока Вы не начнете требовать то, что положено Вам по гарантии! А у нас произошло то, чего мы не могли ожидать! В том году у нас появилась ржавчина на крышке багажника, нам ее покрасили по гарантии! Мы были безумно рады! В этом году, я заметила ржавчину на хром. молдингах дверей, а так же крышки багажника. Обратившись к дилеру, нас корректно послали в ...! Написав им претензию, нас пригласили на экспертизу. Экспертизу сделали, и эксперт сделал вывод, что ржавчина эта, появилась из-за грязи и внешних факторов! В общем как оказалось, машина видимо должна была стоять в стерильном гаражном боксе! А не экплуатироваться по автодорогам нашей страны. Вот и вся гарантия дилера Лексус-Пермь! Цены на ТО завышенные вдвое, а то и втрое! В Екатеринбурге, цены на ТО в два раза ниже! Да и в Перми можно найти отличный сервис, для обслуживания своего автомобиля! Хотели покупать второй автомобиль в семью, и конечно же, это должен был быть LX 570! Но, живя в Пермском крае, и зная что у нас только один официальный дилер, и это VERRA MOTORS, это точно будет не лексус! После такого отношения к клиентам, с 10-летним стажем, отбивает все желание даже заходить туда. Желаю Всем удачи, и не нарваться на те же грабли! Пейте дальше кофе с конфетками ;)
