Купил Форд Мондео в трейд-ин, доволен Достоинства: Рад что смог взять машину, какую хотел, по нормальной цене Недостатки: Наверное только муторное оформление могу назвать Вчера был в Аларм-Моторс, брал Форд Мондео в трейд-ин. Прдал им свой Форд Фокус 2012 года. Новой машиной очень доволен, давно хотел эту модель, на самом деле и рад что хоть где-то сейчас можно найти приемлемый ценник на нее. Салон нормально работает, процесс покупки прошел более-менее спокойно. Мне понравилось, что при оценке моей машины они не старались придраться к каждому винтику и оценили адекватно. Я цену даже не оспаривал, хотя до этого думал, что могут быть трудности в этом плане. Но прошло все хорошо. Оформление было долгим, бумаг море, это малость запарило, но оформили грамотно, в этом плане у меня претензий нет. Да и машина новая уже стоит в гараже, так что какие-то минусы даже выискивать не хочется. оформили грамотно, в этом плане у меня претензий нет. Купил то что хотел, без переплат и быстро. Достоинства: Уважительное отношение к клиентам, честность профессионализм. Недостатки: Серьезных недостатков нет. Хотя могли бы увеличить время осмотра авто. Недавно приобрел авто Форд Куга в Аларм Моторс Озерки. Мне очень помог менеджер Михаил Муругин. До этого был неприятный опыт общения с менеджерами разных салонов. Они вели себя агрессивно, стараясь навязать ненужные услуги. Михаил общался спокойно, по деловому, учитывал все мои пожелания и подобрал наиболее подходящий вариант комплектации авто, не навязывая ничего лишнего. Сделал хорошую скидку, подарки и помог подобрать необходимое доп. оборудование. После заключения договора машина и ПТС были оперативно подготовлены к продаже. Большое спасибо ему за профессионализм, терпение и помощь, а так же оказанные консультации по техническим и организационным вопросам. Авто работает нормально.
