Идиотская система ожидания товара после покупки,купил товар подойди к стойке чуть ли не в драке просунь чек механику и жди 20-30 минут свой купленный товар. Совковый идиотизм. А могут и не найти твой товар,и ты после 30 минут ожидания идёшь на возврат денег.

Всё зависит от продавцов и менеджеров. В Солнцево прекрасные менеджеры и посредтвенные складские. В Новопеределкино наоборот + лучше не заезжать даже масло сменить. Может руководсто мпгазинов набирает себе работников по своим знаниям, может случайность. Тем не менее сталкиваясь с расходниками и з/ч как для старых так и для новых авто не российского рынка выбрать и подобрать качество/цена могут только всего два консультанта в Солнцево. Возможно Александр Шмаков просто хочет и помогает, многие ж дут его смены и идут только к нему. Рекомендую подбирать только у него. А сервис лучше избегать, разве только смена резины. – показать

Авторусь Лобачевского.Вежливый персонал, мастер вникает в проблемы досконально, все это расслабляет и повышает кредит доверия. и если клиент слабо разбирается в технической части своего авто, начинаются страшилки, как все плохо и вовремя приехал, помимо проблем, которые надо решать в ближайшее время, предлагают ремонт до которого можно еще ездить 10—20 тыс. км.
