НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! Понравилось изображение торта на сайте, сделала онлайн заказ за 3 дня с пометкой "сделайте точно такой же как на фотографии". В настройках выбрала покрытие "зеркальная глазурь" (как на фотографии), вес торта предлагался только от 2 кг., для оформления потребовали предоплату в 50%. В назначенное время прихожу забирать - выносят торт, отличный на фотографии с матовым покрытием. Оказывается торты с зеркальной глазурью возможны только до 1,5 кг. Почему менеджер не мог заранее связаться и сообщить об этом? Может я захотела бы выбрать другой торт или отказаться от заказа. Но самое ужасное, это ВОЛОС в ТОРТЕ!!! Представляете какой стыд и позор, все сидят за праздничным столом, пьют чай и тут кто-то находит волос в торте за 5к ! Хотите оказаться в подобной ситуации - берите в Chaudeau.

Добрый день! По покрытию торта, произошла ошибка, приносим свои извинения, что не предупредили о невозможности покрытия торта зеркальной глазурью. На сайте уже исправлена данная ошибка , и при выборе не муссовой начинки теперь зеркальная глазурь недоступна. По инциденту с волосом, пришлите пришлите пожалуйста фото, на котором это видно. В нашем производстве все кондитеры в униформе, и ежедневно контролируется внешний вид. Поэтому такие ситуации практически невозможны. Ожидаем Фото, для выяснения. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв.

Кондитеры отличные, вкусные начинки для тортов, можно заказать любой дизайн. Минус в расчете времени изготовления

Добрый день! спасибо за Ваш отзыв. не совсем понятно, что Вы имели ввиду, Минус в расчете времени изготовления. Мы принимаем как срочные заказы, так и заказы к определенной дате, об этом написано на нашем сайте и менеджеры всегда рады проконсультировать по срокам изготовления торта .
