Купили турбину, отправили молодцы оперативно чем попросили гарантировали что турбина та которая нам нужна , так как я сам в турбинах не спец то доверился специалисту ... а оказалось что им лишь бы отправить ....пришла турбина .. не подходит .. присылаем фото совместимости там видно что вообще другая ... отправляем назад оперативно ..просим вернуть деньги так как в другом магазине поставили турбину в резерв ...начинается динамо ...как придет так вернем .. почему я должен им поверить что они меня не кинут а они не могут .. они почему то наложенным не хотят отправлять .. потому что деньги хотят сразу .. а почему мне мои деньги сразу не возвращают ?НЕ СОВЕТУЮ СВЯЗЫВАТЬСЯ С НИМИ ,ПРОФЕССИОНАЛИЗМА НОЛЬ ...ДОЛЖЕН ТЕПЕРЬ ТЕРЯТЬ ВРЕМЯ (ТАК КАК МАШИНА СТОИТ) А ТЕПЕРЬ Я ЕЩЕ И ЗА ДОСТАВКУ ДОЛЖЕН ПЛАТИТЬ ..ЕЩЕ РАЗ ---НЕ СОВЕТУЮ МАГАЗИН

Здравствуйте. Образец детали не был предоставлен, поэтому сравнить перед отправкой не представлялось возможным, покупка запчасти была по каталожному номер на стороннем сайте фарпост, который не является оригинальным каталогом. Поэтому и получилось, что деталь оказалась не такой. Мы не отказываем в возврате, опираясь на закон о дистанционной торговле, вместе с требованием о возврате уплаченной суммы должен быть предоставлен товар. Как только мы получим товар, вернем деньги. Тем более Ваш клиент, которому Вы перепродали деталь, даже не убедившись в образце, связался с нами напрямую и никаких возражений по поводу возврата не имел. Наоборот, у него был негатив к вам как к перекупу, потому что до этого данный клиент обращался к нам, и не купил, потому что мы сравнили с образцом и выяснили, что она ему не подойдет.
