Покупал своего фокуса тут. Взял машину 13 года была на них скидка 70 тыс. В целом покупку омрачило долгое ожидание, машину ждал месяц потом не было ПТС. Менеждеры на все вопросы кормят завтраками и не говорят ничего вразумительного ждете будет и прочее. Обслуживание клиентов после заключение договора стремиться к нолю.

В начале ноября я позвонила в Автопассаж, меня соединили с менеджером Александром (фамилию не назвал,а вот номер телефона дал). Расписал условия покупки авто (скидки, подарки) даже машину нашу оценил (мы хотели сдать по трейдыну). Приехали как договорились к оценщику Николаю и тут-то и началось. Мы стали звонить, трубку не взял, а перед нами звонил Николай, он с ним говорил. На следующий день прислал SMS "Я не в России ответить не могу". Можно еще рассказать, но думаю этого достаточно, чтобы никогда не обращаться в Автопассаж!

Уже поменяла 2 автомобиля форд и постоянно обслуживаюсь в Автопассаже на Тульской. Все быстро и качественно делают. Сразу видно профессионалы. Все мастера давно работают и очень доходчиво все объясняют, а главное лишнего не навязывают. Но я в основном попадаю к Дмитрию и очень довольна. В общем всем рекомендую этот сервис!!

Пригнал машину на ремонт кондиционера... Сначала взялись чистить радиатор за 8300 - не помогло, затем сказали что я все выдумываю и машина в норме. Я не согласился. Ладно, сказал мастер, давай будем систему вакуумировать... У этих деятелей в процессе тестирования клинит муфта, ломает компрессор и рвет ремень.. И говорят - что поделать автомобиль старый... Да и Форд хорош - "мы обращения клиентов не рассматриваем, обращайтесь к официальным дилерам". А что делать если косячит официальный дилер? Автопассаж на Тульской - гнилое место.
