Все время мыл машину как 2 категорию приехал снова и она уже 3 оказывается, моют не сильно хорошо, попросил помыть салон :пластик в нем, в подстаканнике рядом с ручником так никто ничего и не протер. За что отдал деньги -не понятно.

Здравствуйте! Времена меняются.. затраты и цены к сожалению тоже.. Еще летом 2019!! были вынуждены добавить четвертую категорию для больших джипов и крупногабаритных авто, но к Вашему авто (РЕНО "КАДДИ-2") это не имеет никакого отношения!! Автомойщики бывает тоже ошибаются, но конкретно в Вашем случае, мы посмотрели по журналу, мы не ошиблись и рассчитали Вас именно по 2-й категории - 400 рублей за кузов-ковры!! Именно за это Вы отдали деньги! Уборка салона в эту услугу не входит! И за это мы денег не брали! Ваши претензии не обоснованы! Кроме этого, за качеством мы следим и постоянно над этим работаем!
