Администратор вообще олень, ведет себя не красиво! наверное родственик хозяев мойки) А так мойщики хорошие, проблем не было

Посетила это место перед продажей автомобиля(3-х дверный хэтчбек) - хотела сделать комплексную уборку салона. В итоге сломали пассажирское кресло, оно перестало фиксироваться - начало ездить туда-сюда. Вернулась обратно, мастер смеялся мол такого не могло произойти. Кресло сломали второй раз: оно просто сложилось и не выпрямлялось. Потом около моей машины было уже 2 работника, кое-как выпрямили кресло, посоветовав съездить в сервис. При чем я заранее предупреждала, что у меня не очень много времени, т.к. должны приехать покупатели. В итоге пришлось скидывать цену авто из-за неработающего сидения. СПАСИБО, BUBBLES, ЗА ЧУДЕСНОЕ УТРО!

Юлия, спасибо за обратную связь. Кресло в вашем автомобиле было неисправно изначально,т.к. на полу была найдена гайка ( предположительно от Вашего кресла), которую сотрудник мойки положил в подстаканник. В процессе комплексной уборки салона производится уборка пылесосом и чтобы качественно оказать услугу приходится двигать сиденья. Чтобы открутить сиденье, необходимо воспользоваться гаечным ключом. Наши сотрудники не используют подобные инструменты в процессе мойки автомобиля, что подтверждают записи с камер видеонаблюдения. Потому мы считаем данную ситуацию неудачным стечением обстоятельств. Мы не занимаемся ремонтом автомобилей,поэтому сотрудники рекомендовали обратиться в автосервис. Тем не менее, наши сотрудники попытались помочь, в меру своих навыков.
