Моют хорошо, довольно качественно. Имеется комфортная зона ожидания. Имеется купонная система - какая-то по счету мойка бесплатная.

Автомобиль стоял рядом с сервисом. (Вход не загораживал, проезду не мешал) Сегодня ночью порезали колесо. Около ниппеля (сам порезать точно не мог) Надрез ровный и аккуратный, по ремонту самое дорогое. Кто как не шиномонтажники из этого сервиса так мог порезать?

Автомойка ужасная! Отдали машину на химчистку салона. Сначала у них что-то сломалось, почистить первый день они не смогли, машину оставили на второй день. Работу они сделали, но мы были в ужасе когда ее забрали. Во-первых разводы на сидениях, во-вторых был грязный подлокотник, который при нас протёрли тряпкой. Вот такая химчистка. Это еще ерунда… мы начали осматривать машину глубже… автомобиль у нас с 3 рядом сидений, при подъёме используется ручка, которую они ОТЛОМАЛИ!!! В процессе споров и ругани, они все же согласились установить новую. На этом беды не закончились. БЫЛ ОТОРВАН БОКОВОЙ ПОВОРОТНИК (световой дублирующий). Отдавали машину целую. Подняли запись камер, начали смотреть, когда их работники мыли машину, они зацепили его и он оторвался, это хорошо было видно на видео, но работники видят другое… Супруг был сильно зол, уже с криками и угрозами обратиться в соответствующие органы они согласились все заменить. Скидку на хим чистку сделали из-за разводов на сидениях. Поставили новую ручку и поворотник. Ещё и сказали что рады, что таких клиентов как мы у них больше не будет. Верх наглости и хамства. Кому дорого время, нервы и особенно свой ЦЕЛЫЙ АВТОМОБИЛЬ, не в коем случае не посещайте это место!!! – показать
