Проходил ТО по акции, в итоге помимо ТО насчитали ремонта на 20000, благо не было у них в наличии запчастей. Приобрёл запчасти по указанным рекомендациям в конце листа выполненных работ, поехал к знакомым в сервис. Оказалось, что из 5 купленных деталей, 2 не требуют замены. Самое интересное оказалось, когда пришлось сливать масло в движке, чтобы установить деталь! Оказалось масло не поменяли!!!! Хотя по счету включили 4,5л масла и масляный фильтр. В итоге докупал масло и фильтр вновь. Как доверять после этого? Если даже на ТО жульничают и разводят на работы по замене исправных деталей

Полностью согласен с предыдущими отзывами, жаль что не прочитал их до посещения этого "сервиса". Отношение к клиенту отвратительное, заинтересованности в ремонте нет совершенно никакой, есть заинтересованность только срубить бабла с клиентов. Обращался сюда с простейшей процедурой: шиномонтаж колес и попутно заменить два неисправных датчика давления в шинах. Попросил мастера Пантелеева Алексея продиагностировать (платно) какие именно не исправны, предупредил что диски могут быть перепутаны и датчики могут быть не на своем месте. В итоге мастер приемщик проигнорировал мое замечание, не провели диагностику должным образом, заменили датчик не в том колесе (рабочий на рабочий), а не рабочий так и остался, о чем просигнализировал мой БК через 5 минут после приемки автомобиля. Я тут же вернулся, попросил исправить ошибку (поменять датчик в другом колесе), но мне было отказано. К тому же цена заявленная мастером по телефону выросла почти в два раза по приезду в сервис. Крайне не рекомендую этот автосервис. Элементарно не могут и не хотят исправить свою ошибку, легко расстаются с клиентами. Предлагают проводить экспертизу и идти в суд, рассчитывая что из-за мелочи не будут обращаться. В журнале жалоб претензий большое количество. Видимо для них это норма.
