Приобреталась Мазда 3, пройдено первое ТО. Цены, как и у все дилеров, стремятся к облакам. На стадии покупки пришлось ждать около месяца, втюхали много бесполезных аксессуаров и допов. Машиной довольна, но вот работа с менеджером Евгением - оставила не самые лучшие впечатления. Медлительный и забывчивый.

Месяц назад проходил ТО 165000 Suzuki GV 2,4. Все сделали как надо, приехал без записи - приняли, все объяснили посмотрели, проверили, денег с меня взяли, посоветовали, прокоментировали. В общем все хорошо. Ставлю 5-ку. Отдельно порадовало, что позвонили на следующий день убедиться все ли в порядке))))

На Дмитровке я постоянный клиент. Езжу к ним 4 год, машина не гарантийная, запчасти привожу свои, чтобы не переплачивать, цены все-таки высоковаты. Плачу только за работу, мастера нравятся, грамотные, опытные. Дают рекомендации, не пытаются ничего дополнительно ненужного навязать. Зона отдыха комфортная, есть мониторы с видеонаблюдением, можно смотреть за работой в цеху. Мойка мне их только не нравится, но для меня это не критично, главное что машина на ходу.

У меня была проблема с иммобилайзером на трешке, не хотел видеть родной ключ. Обратился к дилеру, сказали, что проблема из-за сторонней сигнализации, которую я ставил не у них. Предложили обратиться в тот центр, где ставил или уставновить другую сигналку и перепрошить ключи. Решил переустановить, старая была без автозапуска, а перед зимой это для меня актуально, заодно избавился от проблемы
