Хотели приобрести новую Mazda 3 в салоне Автомир на Ярославском ш., сначала внесли предоплату — это было еще до карантина, далее салон закрыли на карантин и менеджер Дарья предложила, что машину можно все равно забрать, 3 апреля выслала на почту счет, мы оплатили. В назначенный день поехали забирать машину, в итоге, когда сели в салон, весь глянец на приборной панели был исцарапан, салон был грязный, не было ощущения новой машины, в связи с этим я отказалась от машины и оформили возврат денег. Еле добились , чтобы нам оформили возврат, спустя только 10 дней перевели деньги, руководители с нами не хотели разговаривать, менеджер говорила я тут не причем, я ваши деньги не брала. В итоге когда сделали перевод возврата, сняли комиссию. В общем потеряли деньги на ровном месте. В автомир больше не ногой.

Достоинства: Качественно, по цене приемлемо, умные и профессиональные механики Недостатки: Долго приходится ждать запись Комментарий: Нареканий к этому сервису не было никогда, по качеству работ, цене… Единственное «но» практически невозможно попасть на сервис сходу, так сказать, нужно записываться заранее. Сервис всегда полон людей. Но с другой стороны — это является показателем того, что здесь всё ок…

Приезжал на замену тормозных дисков, сделали быстро, качественно и за приемлемые деньги. Пришлось подождать на приеме машины, кто-то опоздал, из-за этого был сдвиг по времени.
