№52. безобразное вождение, человек не понимает свою ответственность, как можно еще до полной остановки открывать дверь и тем более трогаться, когда дверь еще не закрыта и человек заходит. понаберут абы кого, даже вопрос есть ли у этих людей водительские права.

Постоянно опаздываю на работу, так как маршрут номер 2 ездит раз в пол часа!!! Бардак полный в вашем автомиге, водители грубят.... Примите меры, а то придётся написать в инстанции по серьёзнее чем ваш шалман!!!!40 мин стою на остановке ни одного автобуса 2 не приехало!!!

Водитель 35го маршрута 08.09.19 в 18.00 из м-на Дубки треть маршрута разговаривая по телефону, держа его одной рукой, принимая оплату второй рукой. Автобус в это время нёсся на полной скорости абсолютно неуправляемой стальной коробкой. Есть ли в этом учреждении водители с настоящими правами, знающие ПДД - для меня загадка.

28.08.2019 ехала по маршруту 24. Оплачивала проезд картой стрелка - 38 руб. Автобус 2 раза ломался. ПАссажиры начали сдавать билеты. сдала и я - но мне вернули наличными только 30 рублей. на мой вопрос почему, кондуктор начала что-то мямлить, забрала у меня из рук билет. И водитель начал повышать голос, говоря что билеты, оплаченные по карте, не возвратные. Хотя 30-то рублей отдали, логика где. я забрала свой билет обратно, сфотографировала номер автобуса, билет был куплен в 11:09. Номер автобуса - а745нв. Хотела позвонить в компанию-перевозчик, но сайта у них нет, в егрюл они указали сайт компании-тезки (они не связаны), три телефона из 2 ГИС - не отвечают хронически. Мало того, что ваши кондукторы и водители -мошенники, компания сама с гнильцой. Откуда там взяться честным сотрудникам )) .
