Не скажу по качеству ассортимента, но бородатый человек в кепке явно не варит в подборке на конкретный автомобиль. Долго смотрит в ноутбук и в итоге даёт товар не не твой автомобиль. Считаю что такого надо уволить или если вы директор, то наймите профессионалов своего дела.
