Добрый день! К сожалению, долго излагать нету времени, но ситуацию, описанную пользователем Creds полностью поддерживаю, так как в результате ремонта АКПП в данном сервисе имеем примерно те же проблемы с коробкой. Ремонтировали в 16 году (2 раза подряд!!!) Результат переговоров по возврату денег-0, предлагают бесконечно переремонтировать, естественно с дополнительным вложением денег с нашей стороны и после ремонта говорят, что все отлично. Выводы- коробка практически не работоспособная. Продать такую машину без серьезного ущерба себе практически нереально. – показать

Юлия добрый день, в 16 году я был непосредственно старшим мастером по ремонту акпп. И не помню чтоб у нас стоял вопрос с кем либо из клиентов о возврате денег и спорных вопросов. Изложить свою историю было бы правильно начав с автомобиля,адреса по которому приняли в ремонт авто, имена людей с нулевой реакцией(исходя из ваших слов), с какой проблемой поступил и какие действия были со стороны сервиса!!! Оставляя негативный отзыв о компании, было бы правильно изложить суть вопроса и связаться с рук оводством. А так как ваш отзыв не имеет никакого оповествования его можно считать недобросовестными делами конкурентов… Или что то подобное. Не исключено что вы попали в руки псевдомамонтов и наша репутация пострадает из за недоразумений. Был бы благодарен если бы вы уточнили, а я в свою очередь внёс ясность. – показать

Делал капитальный ремонт коробки на Санта Фе 2.2 2011 г.в. в Люберцах. Общался с Артёмом. Был приятно удивлен вежливым общением, индивидуальным подходом и готовностью ответить на все интересующие вопросы. Гарантия — год в независимости от пробега. Надеюсь, что дополню свой отзыв положительным опытом через год.Пожелание — сделать информацию в заказ-наряде более прозрачной.
