Отвратительный сервис. Требовалась автолюлька напрокат, созвонился, договорился на следующий день. С утра приехал через весь город, а мне заявляют, что сломалась дверь на склад и помочь ничем не могут. Даже не попытались ничего сделать или предложить. Время впустую потрачено.

Здравствуйте! Приносим свои извинения. Но в данной ситуации, к сожалению, наша сотрудница действительно ничего не могла сделать. Сотрудница известила о сломанных жалюзи администратора зала и больше ничего она не имела права делать, т.к. это не в ее компетенции. С уважением, компания "Автокресла Казани"
