Приехал 22.11.2019 в автомакс на текстильщиков сменить масло и фильтр. Это было забавно. Мастер сначала спросил где находится и как установлен масляный фильтр. Затем попытался определить как слить масло и спросил есть ли сливная пробка. Затем попытался снять защиту и вот тут случился "ой". Мастер заявил что один винт, крепящий защиту, закатан. Вот только зашиту откручивали один раз, при мне в этом же сервисе и штатным ключем. А в этот раз мастер откручивал болты постоянно меняя биты на ключе. Затем мамтер вообще предложил оставить машину до утра. Менеджер мусолил меня около часа, затем попытался подсунуть на подпись бумагу со строчкой в конце документа об отсутствии претензий. Вот теперь готовлю претензию и придумываю способ отмщения. Кроме содержащих ненормативную лексику эпитетов ничего в голову не приходит.

Заказывал коврики эва, сделали все классно. Доволен. Была бесплатная доставка до дома, оплата и заказ тоже были по телефону. Всё без обмана. Очень благодарен! Думаю, подарю такие-же брату
