Персонал грубый! Заехал на 2 минутную работу и то отказали 2 часа ждать! Отстой!!!

Уважаемый Руслан Губенко! В связи с огромнейшей загруженностью СТО, мастера ФИЗИЧЕСКИ не имели возможность выгнать с постов автомобили клиентов, которые ждали очереди по 2 недели, чтобы сиюминутно обслужить Ваш автомобиль. Приносим свои извинения в случае грубого ответа мастеров !

Не вызывают доверия. неизвестно какие запчасти ставили. После ремонта(замена цепи грм) отвалилась какая то шпулька-ремонт по гарантии. И вот меньше года не прошло, цепь снова звенит и просит замены. По гарантии нет смысла возвращаться. Да и в принципе обращаться нет смысла. К ним только ехать перекупом, чтобы подшаманить машину и толкнуть первому лоху. Кстати видел несколько уже таких машин у них, с объявлениями о продаже.

Доброго времени суток! К сожалению, в своей работе любой автосервис, в том числе и наш не может руководствоваться тем - отправляется автомобиль на продажу, или нет. Мы оказываем свои услуги всем. При ремонте, мы используем запчасти, которые закупаются у официальных дистрибьюторов. Акцент делается на оригинальные запасные части, либо те, которые не уступают по качеству оригинальным. Это принципиальная позиции нашего СТО. Зачастую, после прохождения ремонта автовладельцы игнорируют указания о своевременности прохождения ТО, покупают масла в сомнительных местах.
