После сход-развала руль на авто начал смотреть в сторону, недомастера объяснили это необходимостью адаптации рулевой рейки. Впервые слышу о таких чудесах, хотя владею тремя авто и никогда такого не встречал даже в этом сервисе. Устранить недостаток отказались да и выставили кое как.

1.Приезжал купить салонный фильтр на Х-trail T33( китаец, левый руль).Консультанты не смогли подобрать даже при наличии СТС (пластика). Сказал номер аналога по памяти, по которому можно подобрать из фильтров в наличии что-то. Сказали они так не могут... Это что за консультанты такие?! В который раз убеждаюсь, что в гиперавто нельзя ехать очно и просить что-то подобрать, полнейший непрофессионализм менеджеров. 2. В данном магазине до сих пор отсутствует wifi для клиентов, а из-за близости к НПЗ тут не открывается ни сайт ни приложение гиперавто, чтоб посмотреть номер заказа или самому оперативно подобрать запчасть для своего авто, когда "менеджеры"ничего не умеют. В итоге приехал домой, подобрал аналог, купил и поставил в авто. Чек прилагаю! Все прекрасно установилось в х-трейл Т33. Советую администрации организовать интернет для клиентов, а также провести обучение или тренинги менеджерам, как искать поиск запчастей, помимо штатного каталога. Я думаю, конверсия продаж явно вырастет.

Перестал дуть холодный воздух. Сделали диагностику, нашли микро-трещину в трубке, запаяли и заправили фреоном. Сейчас ледянка просто. Мастера толковые, не стали менять всю трассу, а отремонтировали узел. Деньги взяли чисто за работу и фреон, без обдираловки.

Захотел подготовить машину к лету и заехал заправить кондиционер. Заодно ребята проверили всю систему на герметичность и поменяли салонный фильтр. Теперь в салоне прохлада, кондиционер дует как надо. Спасли от жары.
