Регулярно мыл свой автомобиль Лексус RX 270 в ТЦ Реутов парке до сегодняшнего дня. Всегда был доволен обслуживанием, но... уже не первый раз автомобиль отдают в отвратительном грязном состоянии. Когда был первый раз, и отдали авто плохо помытое, то я не стал акцентировать внимание. Всякое бывает и поэтому первый раз спустил ситуацию на тормозах. Так как обещал руководитель, что сделает скидку, подарок .....но их так и не было !!! И сегодня помыв автомобиль, был крайне разочарован мойкой специалистов. Зная руководителя, написав ему. Он ответил с безразличием мол в следующий раз приедешь а я сделаю какой нибудь подарок :( и это уже второй раз. И за то время сколько я уже моюсь у них, так и нет системы бонусов и поощрения. Мойка встала вместо 1300 - 1500 рублей и за свои деньги я получил грязный автомобиль. Это мои кровные деньги, а не казеннные, даже если бы и были казенные, то это не повод делать свою работу с безразличием. Я не стал конфликтовать и ругаться... Прежде чем загонять автомобиль на мойку, знайте и проверяйте его на качество выполненной работы. Ведь там даже освещение не очень, чтобы проверить его на качество.

Это просто ужас, что за мойка Ни при каких обстоятельствах не мойте там свой авто Под креплениями багажника не помыли Из под номера текла грязь Под зеркалами не протерли И вообще край это высыпавшаяся земля на обивку салона Что они сделали? Сверху положили коврик и все К сожалению увидел это только тогда, когда уже домой приехал Пришлось ехать назад Приехав к ним и указав на это все увидел в ответ кучу возмущений На пофиг пропылесосили грязь эту и все Развели руками Отмечаю высочайшую наглость администратора Попросил номер владельца Позвонил пару раз и написал в вотс ап На что владелец просто меня в черный список закинул и все. Решили проблему. НИКОГДА НЕ МОЙТЕ ТАМ АВТО!!!
