Отвратительное отношение к постоянным клиентам. Обманщики и аферисты, оставила на хранение им мой передний и задний бампер, под честное слово что можно забрать как будет удобно. В итоге, они его выкинули, акт об утилизации не предоставили а девушка которая представилась руководителем, сказала это не их проблема и я ничего не смогу доказать. Будьте осторожны с этим дилером.

Здравствуйте. Стоит и мне написать свою историю про данную организацию. Так как владею автомобилем Hyundai,и она ещё на гарантии, то обслуживаю свой автомобиль в данном сервисе. В плане технического обслуживания (замена масла, фильтров), проблем нет, кроме завышенной цены на запчасти и работу(в Калуге выходит дешевле). А вот в плане гарантийного ремонта в данном сервисе, особенно в малярном цехе (покраска), настоящая беда. По гарантии на ЛКП производили окрас передней правой пассажирской двери и двери багажника. С передней дверью не попали в цвет, при окрасе рамки двери в краске вкрапления грязи и герметика, платиковую накладку приклеили на двухсторонний скотч, который уже не держал и имел зазор(переделывать отказались). Заднюю дверь покрасили с шагренью, в лаке пыль, так даже Жигули не красят. Рамка задней двери покрашена но не равномерным слоем, а пятнами. Зачем-то покрасили оба крыла, видно как красили с задней двери с переходом на крыло, и при этом даже нормально переход не смогли располировать. p.s. Вот такая вот в данном сервисе гарантийная окраска. Выводы делайте сами.
