Раньше было гораздо лучше. Щас отношение мягко скажем так себе. Что к клиенту, что к выполнению работ. Попросил направляющиеся суппортов почистить и смазку заменить, сделали только спереди. Сзади видимо не надо.

Согласен с отзывом выше, все очень долго, ваобще никуда не торопятся, машина 25 минут простояла уже сделаная и мне ее никак не выдавали, пока я не поднял кипишь. И цена выше чем в других сервисах. Менял там шрус наружний, меняли его 2 часа. А потом как выехал был сильный скрежет, пришлось вернуться, оказалось когда меняли шрус погнули металлический кожух и он начал цеплять за диск. Техническую мойку тоже не сделали.

Добрый день! Вчера пришлось посетить центр для замены масла. Хочу сказать, что мы устали от ожидания, когда закончится процедура замены масла. Ребят, за 7 с копейками тысяч, которые вы берёте за свой сервис, ряботать нужно быстрей. 1,5 часа менять масло (без мытья машины, так как мы приехали к вам сразу после мойки), это перебор. Тем более, мы приехали к назначенному времени.

В регламент ТО 1 помимо замены масла входит еще 34 операции, проведение которых гарантирует поддержание автомобиля в технически исправном состоянии, что в свою очередь гарантирует беззаботную эксплуатацию до следующего ТО.

Понравилось обслуживание при подборе авто менеджером Викторией, сопровождение до заключительного этапа при покупке. Вежлива, знает все характеристики автомобиля, договаривается с директором о скидке - заинтересована в продаже авто не в ущерб покупателю.
