Делают всё хорошо. Качество. Отличный коллектив. Цены приемлемые. Даже если дороже, чем у других , то есть качество . Успехов и процветания .

Позвонил, договорился о ремонте с промывкой системы и заменой деталей. Через несколько дней перезваниваю, чтоб конкретно обсудить время. Работа на целый день. Говорят «Не знаем, с кем вы договаривались. Вашу машину не возьмем»Опа! До этого говорили «Приезжайте без записи.» Хорошо, что не поехал. Убил бы три часа на дорогу.

Протёрся шланг, заехал к ним спросить цену что и как, сказали «3500 с заправкой»(дважды сказали!!). Приезжай завтра. Приехал, начали делать, сняли трубку без проблем, заварили, поставили, заправили.Иду оплачивать, жду мин 10 пока напечатают заказ наряд, и вижу в графе к оплате 6500 (снять поставить по 1к, заварить 2,2к, заправка 2к, 300 масло, 700 фрион и 300 диагностика)Начинаю доказывать что мне назначили цену 3500, что больше с собой нету денег.Начинаются байки «что у нас самые ни зкие цены, все дороже делается и т.д.»Прошу позвонить начальнику, 20 мин дозвониться не могут, дозвонились, я ему объясняю ситуацию, он говорит я хз, все по прайсу!!Смотрю прайс лист, а там, ЗАВАРИТЬ 1000, СНЯТЬ ПОСТАВИТЬ ПО 750, ЗАПРАВКА 2000(УЖЕ СО ВСЕМИ ЖИДКОСТЯМИ И ГАЗАМИ).Они начинают сами, как в первый раз, изучать СВОЙ ЖЕ ПРАЙС, И доказывать что мол здесь не правильно, это не вся работа расписана, самое главное начинают доказывать что за заварить один шов стоит 1000 но это без учета зачистки детали перед варкой, просто смех.Уже по прайсу насчитали с ними, снять поставить 2500, заварить 1000 и 2000 заправить. Отдал 5500 уехалЦЕНЫ ИЗ ВОЗДУХА БЕРУТ, НЕ ЗНАЮТ СОБСТВЕНОГО ПРАЙС ЛИСТА и по хамски общаются!!ОЧЕНЬ ПОЖАЛЕЛ ЧТО К НИМ ОБРАТИЛСЯ. – показать
