Здравствуйте.Колектив у них поменялся в худшую сторону.Парень, который сидит рядом с кассиром "Варвар",в прямом смысле.Заказал блок стеклоподъёмника,приезжаю,а он его из машины с двери просто вырвал и сломал,хоть бы спросил как правильно снимать,зря ехал.Сидит улыбается,да мы говорит все равно продадим.По цене по телефону одно сказал и на сайте у них также,а приехал, совсем другая,такого не было ранее.Такое чувство,что он сам накинул.Дурачок вообщем.

Добрый день, Вы ехали за датчиком спидометра на kia spectra за 300р, на сайте была цена и фото, по телефону я назвал все как было на сайте и заранее приготовил запчасть. Вы приехала и оказалось что это не та запчасть. Нужная Вам запчасть еще не была в нашей базе и стояла на КПП. На эту запчасть цена была 1000р, но раз возникло недоразумение я пошел на встречу и сделал ее за 700р и извинился за сложившеюся ситуацию. По поводу блока управления стеклоподъмниками - по телефону я сказал что не уверен в его наличии, но раз вы все равно собирались ехать за датчиком, я сказал что попробую поискать. Нашел блок в таком состоянии уже снятым в машине (до этого водительская дверь была уже продана, а ее части лежали уже снятыми) как раз к вашему приезду. По моему мнению он был рабочий, хоть и с дефектом, к тому же мы даем время на проверку и установку, и если запчасть не работает или не подходит, мы возвращаем деньги. Целый блок стоил бы 3000р, я предложил его дешевле в 2 раза (раз с дефектом). Повторно приношу лично свои извинения за доставленные неудобства!
