на данный момент руководство поменялось и большой спектр услуг у них . Мы там переобуваемся по сезонно да еще и чехлы на сиденья из эко -кожи установили . всё супер

Очень плохое мнение о работе вашего "автодилера". История следущая: Позвонила девушка,предложила поставить автомобиль на площадку на выходные. Рассказывая что есть клиент и одних выходных хватит. По факту машина мая простояла больше месяца. Объявления дублировались в авито раз в 10 дней,набирая в первые 2 дня около 400 просмотров,а остальное время оно уже уходило вниз. Когда захотел забрать автомобиль (меня попросили отзвонить за день- за два),это все вышло в среду,мне сказали что грядут выходные и уже договорились на просмотры и т.д. По факту это предоставило мне массу неудобств. Когда мне все-таки получилось забрать авто прямо на площадки при запуске двигателя издавался какой-то левый звук. Спросив у менеджера "Катерины" она мне сказала что до этого такого не было. Мол это впервые. Так как машину я забирал поздно,я предложил довезти менеджера "Катерину" до метро,и минут через 5-7 я обнаружил что включены дворники,а именно крутил моторчик,но так как хода дворников не было,я не понимал в чем дело... Спросив у "Катерины",как же так... она позвонила комуто и сказала (дословно) : "Этот звук у smarta это поломка дворников"... что доказало,о том,что она знала о проблеме. Далее оказалось что у меня машина глохнет.... Впечатлений масса!! Через несколько дней приехал,объяснил суть претензии... за 2-3 недели не звонка. Ремонт трапеции,дворников,топливного насоса обошелся более 40.ооо.... И не давно заметил что из багажника пропал зонт/трость... Вот такой вот отзыв!
