Параллельно занимаются другими машинами,пока ты ждёшь. Раскрутили на деньги. Цены завышены.Долго делают. Не опытные работники.

Здравсвуйте, Светлана. 17.11.2019 вы заезжали к нам в СТО с проблемой неработающего вентилятора охлаждения. Вы приехали к нам с другого сервиса, где вам помочь ничем не смогли. Нами была произведена работа по поиску неисправности, демонтаже и ремонта блока предохранителя. Ваша машина стояла в 6 боксе и электрик на своем рабочем месте за столом возле подъемника 7 производил работы по ремонту блока, параллельно другие машины он не делал. Поиск неисправности и ремонт блока заняло порядке 4 часов (1500 норма-час работ по электрике), но Ваше ожидание оправдалось, нам удалось его восстановить. Напомним вам, что покупка нового блока составила бы 42647 руб., который можно купить только под заказ 10 дней. Работа по замене нового блока составила бы 30 минут. Вы заплатили же 5800 руб. за поиск неисправности и работы по ремонту и восстановлению блока. Автоэлектрик Газиев Андрей является профессионалом своего дела, раз в год проходит повышение квалиффикации и всегда производит свои работы качественно. Наш Автосервис дает гарантии на произведенные работы. В 2018 делала машину в данном автосервисе, надо было заменить бензобак, бензобак заменили, но доехать до дома я не смогла, сказали, что она не едет , деньги взяли в полном объёме , сказали, что надо на диагностику ехать, я воспользовалась услугами другой компании, оказалось , что мне просто неправильно установили так и из за этого машина не разгонялась и ее ехала.
