А вот у меня, к сожалению (ранее такого не было), отрицательный момент. Заказал в магазине радиатор испарителя кондиционера. Пришел получать, смотрю, а на радиаторе повреждения - вмятины с левой и правой сторон (трубки целы), причём вмятины одна солиднее другой с прогибом металла до 8мм, и тыльная сторона радиатора с немалым числом примятостей. Главное что поначалу магазинщики не признавали вину. И лишь после того, как убедились в наличии соответствующих повреждений на упаковке, вроде начали её признавать. Немаловажно какая упаковка была у радиатора, я даже дар речи чуть не

Уважаемый клиент 1 Да - мы не заметили повреждение тары , и Да это признали , не сразу . 2 Так же повторюсь ,что "деформация т.есть изгиб " сот радиатора ,в данном примере ( в таком обьёме ) не приводит к нарушению технич. характеристик .Т.есть радиатор будет выполнять все процессы в соотв.с технич. нормами изготовителя . И на него распространяется гарантия завода изготовителя . Не нужно так сильно переживать и драматизировать данную ситуацию . Она не стоит того.

Как показала практика - мы были правы . Данные повреждения носят минимальный характер .Их можно назвать косметическими . Тем более вы устанавливали в сервисе ,которой вы выбрали самостоятельно и мя ни как не могли на него повлиять . В след раз предлогаем ,спокойно ,все проверить ,проконсультироваться с мастерами и после этого делать выводы . Всего хорошего.
