дружелюбная атмосфера, мастера молодцы Достоинства: Вежливость, профессионализм Недостатки: нет их Начались пропуски зажигания. Не откладывая записался в сервис. На осмотре выяснили, что пришли в негодность свечи зажигания. Они оказались в наличии, поэтому поменяли быстро. Ждал в клиентской зоне, администраторы предложили кофе. Да и в принципе, что мастера, что адимины вежливые и приветливые и создают дружелюбную атмосферу. Поэтому доволен и рекомендую.

Очень, очень разочарован Достоинства: Много обещают по телефону и при личной встречи Недостатки: Не соблюдают свои обещания, изворачиваются и лгут. В воскресение октября 2019 года, посетил со своей семьей Киа Север. Пробыли в нем почти целый день согласовывая условия и "выгоду" при покупке нового авто. Как дошло время оформления договоренностей оказалось, что "выгоды" не какой в реальности и нет в этом салоне. Многие акции действовали только до 1 октября 2019 года, хотя про них рассказывали и еще с утра 6 октября 2019 года и тд... Ложь и полнейшее надувательство клиентов. Книге жалоб, установленного образца нет. Стенда-уголка потребителя тоже нет. Бездарно потраченное время и личные нервы. Даже не извинились...
