Раньше порядка больше было, сейчас отношение шалтай балтай к клиентам в салоне по продажам, а в сервис бюро все норм.

Был на ТО в апреле. Принимают строго по записи, работники все в масках. Думал, что с этим карантином вовремя не смогу попасть на техосмотр, но хорошо, что Керг работает. П самим работам все отлично, справились меньше, чем за 2 часа.

В конце октября поменяла в керге Рио на Поло. Оценили мою старушку недорого, но я сама не морочилась с продажей и поиском покупателей и эта сумма стала неплохой скидкой при покупке. Менеджеру(к сожалению, забыла, как его звали) большое спасибо за участие в моей покупке, проконсультировал очень подробно, рассказал о каждой комплектации, какие допы можно установить и тд. Выбрала в итоге трендлайн, белого цвета. Едет мягко комфортно, салон комфортный, неплохая шумоизоляция. Комплектация была в наличии, но вот тех паспорт пришлось ждать. Забрала авто через 4 дня.
