Здравствуйте, персонал работает неохотно, забивает, не отвечает. По телефону говорят одно, по факту приезжаешь совсем другое, обманывают лишь бы продать, а получить свою комиссию. Обманщики в итоге. Не советую данную площадку для приобретения авто.

Если для вас ситуация неоднозначная, посмотрите видео с камер наблюдения, благо вокруг ЦУМа их достаточно. Там будет видно, как ваш менеджер передал мне автомобиль на расстоянии 20 метров от него: находясь в помещении парковки, протянул на вытянутой руке мне ключ, стремительно убегая, даже не успев выговорить, что автомобиль стоит заведенный с ключом в замке зажигания без присмотра на ул. Герцена. С учетом того, что за 5 мин. до этого Вы собственоручно (зачем?) попросил именя вернуть наш экземпляр договора, увидев царапину, стало ясно, что за цирк вы развернули. Вашу "работу" специалисты оценили в 17 тыс. руб. ремонта. А царапина от того, что вы меняли рамку у номера автомобиля (а кто разрешал?) и отвертка соскользнула. Видно, как Вас беспокоит имидж компании. Действительно, в салоне раньше работали хорошие менеджеры, но сейчас ушли. Поддерживаю Сашу: не рекомендую оставлять там авто!

Олеся я не могу понять одного, почему не обратились сразу или не позвонили, прошло уже почти 3 месяца, и только сейчас это выясняется! Камеры есть только они хранят информацию всего 30 дней.
