Повелся на то, что вроде цены приемлемые, нет предоплаты и влип! Я заказывал Ремени приводные клиновые 13х1150 GATES 6476MC. (2шт.) Мой заказ 1373687 от 07 мая 2018 на сумму 977 руб. А вместо 13х1150 прислали 13х1150 La. Возврат на обмен сказал ваш работник за мой счет(это дороже стоимости товара)- т.к. вина моя. В чем, в том что вы не разбираетесь в размерах!? Если в маркировкае цифры 1150 без букв, или с буквами Li - это означает, что длина ремня по внутреннему диаметру в мм., именно такой я и хотел. А прислали 1150 La, если за цифрами стоят буквы La, то это означает длину ремня по наружному диаметру, поэтому ремень оказался слишком короткий. Пусть хоть от меня узнают, как читать маркировку на ремнях. Мне остается только их выбросить. Даже барыги на рынках не такие мелочные и так не поступят с покупателем! Буду об этом писать везде, где только можно, что бы другие тоже не попали.

Александр, ремни, которые не подошли, у Вас заберет курьер, это бесплатно, деньги за них мы вернем по заявлению (только за товар, доставку Вы оплатили в этот раз, и второй раз мы за нее денег не возьмем). Замену товара доставит новый курьер, заплатить нужно будет стоимость новых ремней (мы сделали Вам небольшую скидку на них), их доставка будет бесплатной. В нашем ассортименте 150 000 товаров, к сожалению, не бывает таких специалистов, которые разбирались бы во всем. Однако, менеджер мог уточнить у коллег, и это, конечно, упущение, проработаем этот вопрос.

Александр, добрый день! В названиях на сайте не указаны описанные маркировки (Li, La и т.д.), это наша недоработка. Маркировка тем не менее видна на фотографии. Товар прислали Вам тот же, что и на фото, поэтому менеджер принял решение, что Вы сами неверно подобрали товар. Приносим извинения, товар можем обменять или вернуть за него деньги.
