Забыл добавить: до этого был в другом сервисе, где говорили, что кучу всего надо менять и у меня возникли сомнения не пытаются ли «навариться» на мне. Приехав сюда - подняли машину, показали что конкретно нужно (примерно половина) от того, что говорили в другом сервисе. Сделал вывод, что лишнее не берут и не обманывают меня. Это приятно. P.s.найти б вам ещё автоэлектрика (когда я приезжал 2 недели назад - ещё не было, как понимаю, этого сотрудника) - вообще было б круто! Сижу сейчас в одном сервисе по автоэлектрике - понимаю, что попался «неалё» сотрудник, придётся дальше искать.

Всем привет. Чинил машину Лада Калина в этом сервисе. Остался ОЧЕНЬ доволен! Что понравилось: 1. цены услуг. Они намного ниже чем в других мастерских (сравниваю с Волгоградом); 2.БЕСПЛАТНАЯ диагностика: я приехал – не знал, что с машиной, лишь примерно предполагая. В других мастерских за диагностику ходовой хоть и берут не большие деньги, но берут. Здесь мне это сделали бесплатно. 3. ОГРОМНЫЙ выбор, при необходимости, автозапчастей с разбора – там просто целые ангары стоят – всё что хочешь тебе найдут и намного дешевле естественно, чем новые запчасти (я у них покупал заднюю балку и кое-что ещё); 4.прекрасное отношение работников. Когда я приехал – моей машиной занимался Кирилл, который помимо самого ремонта, отвечал на много моих вопросов, которые были и показывал конкретно что и как; и клиентоориентированный начальник Александр, который тоже произвёл хорошее впечатление. 5.хорошее помещение, адаптированное для клиента. Что я имею ввиду: приехал – тебе предложили посидеть у них на диванах, выпить кофе (у них кофемашина) – вроде обычные мелочи, но было приятно. Резюмируя: прекрасный, клиентоориентированный и недорогой сервис + авторазборка. Рекомендую!
