Меняла стойки передние, мастер явно не справлялся, весь процесс занял шесть часов, отъехав от центра начался стук в колесе, сняли, не хватало двух болтов по 18 рублей каждый(благо рядом был магазин), но цена жизни......

Как руководитель этой организации не могу я припомнить такой ситуации! При выполнении работ вам должны были выдать заказ наряд. В заказ наряде прописана дата посещения и перечень выполненных работ. Выложите фотку заказ наряда, а то ваш отзыв больше похож на происки конкурентов.

До этого всегда делал тонировку у них же, все было без вопросов. В этот раз поцарапали крышу машины и кромку багажника, очень разочаровался в этой организации.

Насколько я помню вы тонировали у нас автомобиль АУДИ, причем автомобиль тонировался в вашем присутствии, и автомобиль был не,,первой свежести,,. Тонировщик тонировал стекла вашего автомобиля, так как тонировкой мы занимаемся более 15 лет, я не представляю как вам могли, В ВАШЕМ ПРИСУТСТВИИ, поцарапать крышу вашего автомобиля при тонировании стекол???!!! Стекла на автомобиле находятся НИЖЕ крыши и крыша при тонировке стекол вообще никак не задействована… Повторюсь что ТОНИРОВКА автомобиля дел алась в вашем присутствии, а о поцарапанной крыше и багажнике вы заявили спустя 2 дня. Мне очень жаль что сложилось эта неприятная ситуация, так как вы не первый раз у нас тонировались. – показать
