Утром я не смог завести свой автомобиль. Я сообщил об этом в дилерский центр, в котором покупал свой автомобиль, а именно Авто Эксис по адресу: г.Москва, ул.Привольная, д.70. По телефону по характерной неисправности мастер по ремонту посоветовал зарядить мне аккумуляторную батарею и записал на диагностику через несколько дней. Зарядив аккумуляторную батарею, я всё-таки завёл свой автомобиль и поехал на диагностику в вышеуказанный дилерский центр. Первоначально, приёмщик отказывался принимать мой автомобиль на основании отсутствия неисправности, но после разговора о дополнительной (!!!) диагностике, автомобиль всё-таки был принят. Через три часа после приёма приёмщик позвонил мне и сообщил, что аккумуляторная батарея на моём автомобиле вышла из строя и требуется её замена, но в гарантийном ремонте мне отказывают(!!!). Я потребовал официальных объяснений в причине отказа проведения гарантийного ремонта. После этого мне был выдан акт осмотра моего автомобиля. В этом акте осмотра указано, что аккумуляторная батарея, установленная на моем автомобиле, имеет дату выпуска 2005 года, что не соответствует дате выпуска моего автомобиля (2009 г.в.). На основании этого мне и было отказано в проведении гарантийного ремонта. При обращении в представительство Ситроен по поводу такого вопиющего отказа и с вопросом «КАКИМ образом аккумуляторная батарея 2005 года выпуска смогла попасть на мой новый автомобиль?» последовала аналогичная «промывка мозгов». Настоящие и будущие обладатели автомобилей Ситроен, подумайте ХОРОШЕНЬКО, прежде чем обращаться в мой «Любимый» автосалон Эксис-Жулебино, чтобы не оказаться в подобной ситуации. Страна должна знать своих героев: приёмщик автомобилей - Борисов Владимир Алексеевич (кто принимал мой автомобиль) мастер по гарантийному ремонту - Козлов Александр О. (кто выносил решение по отказу в предоставлению гарантийного ремонта) начальник смены - Морозов Евгений Юрьевич (кто занимался актом осмотра автомобиля)
