Реально мутные продавцы,сами решают,продать товар за наличные или безналом.Никогда не дают чеков за покупку,ощущение,что цены берут с потолка.После общения всякое желание что то купить пропадает.Отвратительный магазин.

Добрый день! Вы приобрели моторное масло в канистрах, но в сервисе выяснили, что в магазине дали не то масло (дали просто на дизельный мотор, а нужно было на турбодизельный). Сразу же отвезли в магазин с просьбой поменять (крышки не вскрывались, все было в новом виде), либо вернуть. В итоге последовал отказ. К сожалению продавец в этой ситуации прав. Перечень товаров, не подлежащих обмену, утверждается Правительством Российской Федерации. Согласно п. 7. Перечня непродовольственных товаров надлежащего качества, не подлежащих возврату или обмену на аналогичный товар других размера, формы, габарита, фасона, расцветки или комплектации (утв. Постановлением Правительства РФ от 19 января 1998 г. N 55), товары бытовой химии не подлежат возврату. Из систематического товарного словаря пункт 94 следует, что к товарам бытовой химии отнесены в частности смазочные масла, масло машинное. При таких условиях можно придти к выводу о том, что Ваши требования об отказе от исполнения договора купли-продажи и возврате уплаченной за непродовольственный товар надлежащего качества денежной суммы либо обмена на аналогичный товар удовлетворены не могут.
