Записалась 14 марта на техническое обслуживание (нужно было заменить передние колодки). Позвонила милая девушка,чтобы подтвердить запись (вроде Юлия). 16 марта звонили вновь и тут уже наткнулась на грубость, время сказали не то, я уточнила про то время,на которое мы изначально договорились, на что мне сказали «что 15 минут ничего не решает» 🤷🏻‍♀️ 17 марта приехала на замену, но оказалось, что мастера все заняты! (Зачем записываться тогда,если не можешь попасть на свое время?!) Но мне повезло, что принимал мою машину Прокопенко Ярослав Фёдорович, который в связи с моей ситуацией с ребёнком, смог быстрее продвинуть меня в очереди, и я вышла из салона уже через 30 минут. Спасибо ему. Но минус всё-таки есть: цена была обговорена одна, а сделали мне на 300 р дороже (будто бы плата за быстрое обслуживание).

Записаны Вы были на время 12:15. Сегодня, 17 марта, была большая загруженность на сервисе и ввиду этого приняли Вас в 12:07. Мастер Прокопенко Я.Ф. для Вашего же удобства, видя, что Вы с ребенком, принял Вас на сервис в установленное время и для Вашей же безопасности Вам установили колодки на а/м LADА Sport с наилучшими характеристиками, стоимость которых на 300 руб. выше. Согласитесь, разница не существенная, безопасность на дороге превыше. Мы желаем видеть Вас в числе наших постоянных клиентов и готовы при следующем визите в наш СЦ компенсировать Вам данную разницу в цене персональным предложением) Рады видеть Вас снова! Удачи на дорогах)
