Мне кажется, довольно неплохая компания. Светодиодная оптика от Авроры нами была куплена ещё год назад. Хотелось протестировать продукцию, прежде, чем писать отзыв. Оптика показала себя на 5+, поэтому мой вердикт - отлично!

Бирки, которые мы получили не соответствуют тем цветам, что мы выбирали. Менеджер нам сказал, что он предупреждал, что нитки смешиваются, но это не так. Я не ждала, что-то нам компенсируют, но рассчитывала на адекватное общение. К сожалению, либо персонал второй день там работает, либо настолько некомпетентен, что не может хоть сколько-то прогнозировать результат своей работы. Ну и менеджмент общается на уровне продавщицы сельского магазина. Не рекомендую.

Очень довольна качеством картонных этикеток и скоростью исполнения. Обратилась в 17-50, Ровно через 4 минуты я получила расчет, поправленный макет, счет на оплату. в течении 5 минут оплатила, а на следующий день в 10-30 уже получила письмо, что этикетки готовы. Евгения- волшебница! Надо сказать , что я намучилась с эткетками, мне пытались их делать Welltex, Два клена, Глобал маркетинг на Варшавке и еще парочка фирм которые сами признались что боятся за кривую нарезку. Господи, дай всем бизнесменам таких партнеров, исполнителей и сотрудников.

Обращался всего один раз, надо было изготовить бирки. Выбор материалов приличный, сроки соблюли, но не понравился результат: скругление было чуть ли не ножницами выполнено, неаккуратно и криво. Цены средние.
