Неплохой магазин, часто беру товары по скидке. Овощной отдел не очень.. Часто качество овощей, фруктов плохое.

Магазин хороший. Будет ещё лучше если руководство магазина проведет соответствующую работу по решению вопроса "что не устраивает кассира Степанову Ольгу в ее работе", так как за ней не раз было замечено вымещение своего невротического состояние на клиентов через раздражительность, небрежность при работе с продуктами и грубость в общении. Сотрудник — лицо компании, а данная ситуация явно не соответствует тому качеству сервиса, который должна предоставлять сеть универсамов "Авоська". Надеюсь мой комментарий заметят и будут приняты правильные управленческие решения

Ассортимент средний, одна из продавщиц крайне не приятная. Специально пробила мне большой пакет (я попросила маленький) на несколько нектаринов и 1 бутылку вина, сославшись на то, что через 10 минут 23 часа и вы же не захотите менять пакет, т.к. можете не успеть. И вообще, человека для отмены уже нет на работе. Или всё-таки поменять пакет?! Это прозвучало в виде монолога. Я только смотрела на неё и удивлялась как можно с такой наглостью, ехидством и претензией общаться с покупателем.
