Очень сложно дозвониться до сервиса, чтобы элементарно узнать стоимость работ. Обратно не перезванивают.

Время стандартного ТО на exeed c пробегом 20 000 (только фильтры и обновление ТО) заняло больше 6 часов. При выдачи авто мой приемщик был уже занят новым клиентом и сдать машину не мог. Машину сдал в итоге другой приемщик и за пять минут, не сказав ни слова о состоянии машины и что было выполнено. В итоге выяснилось, что при обновлении ПО все настройки, что были в машине, все слетели, но об этом никто не предупредил. Запчасти в машину не положили.

Не хватало только еще букет цветов за покупку вручить. А так шикарное вручение было, музыка, бант, воздушные шары, лифт на -1 этаж где ждал меня мой авто, приглушенный свет, очень впечатляюще, спасибо! Супер! И автосалон отличный новый, персонал работает отменно. Молодцы

Сдала нормальное авто на ТО, забрала, а утром на эвакуаторе обратно.. 2 раза на ТО была и оба с косяками. Постоянно рекомендательный развод на доп работы.
